Fresh Eyes Projects


Anyone can propose a project – Fresh Eyes members, Task Teams, CMIP Panel, WIP, or the IPO. New proposals reviewed, then shared with all Fresh Eyes members who can elect whether they wish to sign up to participate.

Projects can be proposed at any time via a short proposal form. This will go to the Fresh Eyes Steering Group for review, before being elevated to the CMIP Panel/WIP. Proposals will include:

  • Short description outlining project purpose
  • Clear (SMART) objectives and outcomes
  • Identification of at least 2 co-leads
  • Planned duration
  • Identify links with existing TTs and working groups

Each Fresh Eyes project will identify Task Team(s) their project aligns with. Task Team co-leads are encouraged to collaborate with the Fresh Eyes project, as has been happening over the past year. Task Teams are welcome and encouraged to invite project co-leads to Task Team meetings as stakeholders where needed and to continue collaboration outside of meetings.
